Cozy 4-bedroom house with one seperate bedroom is within walking distance to the beach. This beautiful villa offers stunning sea views and incredible sunsets. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms in the main house and an additional independent bedroom that can be used for staff. The interior features a spacious living area with large sliding doors that open to the pool area, offering breathtaking sea views and sunsets. The fully equipped open kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 offers twin beds that can be joined, access to a covered terrace, and an attached bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 4 has twin beds that can be joined, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance from the pool terrace. Bedroom 5, located in the basement with independent access, includes a double bed and an external bathroom. This room is ideal as a spare bedroom or nanny room, as it does not match the same standard as the others. The exterior boasts a welcoming Mediterranean garden with vibrant colors and several chill-out areas, perfect for socializing with family and friends or enjoying some quiet time alone. The garden features a large pool with sunbeds, an outdoor covered dining area with a barbecue, and a spacious table for everyone to gather and enjoy local specialties.
